What are the delivery charges?

While selecting any particular tank model for purchase, a certain value is listed as delivery charge depending on the state of India where delivery is required.

What is the estimated shipment dispatch time?

For items listed as "In Stock", sellers will mention the dispatch time as 5-7business days and further transit time will depend on the distance of delivery location(4-5 days in areas where standard service is available including metros , tier I & tier II cities). For other areas, orders transit time may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Neropure. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from seller to seller?

You probably have noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability and geographic location of the seller etc.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

There are instances when the seller cannot ship to some locations. This could be a consequence of general regulations or serviceability issues.

At times sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at the seller’s discretion.

Does Neropure deliver internationally?

As of now, Neropure doesn't deliver items internationally.
